The San Antonio Association of Real Estate Brokers is a 501(c)6 Non-profit
organization and is the local chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, Inc. (NAREB®). NAREB® is
a Trade Association whose mission is to enhance the economic improvement of its members and the minority community it serves.

SAAREB goals are to bring together the minority professionals in the real
estate industry to promote the meaningful exchange of ideas about business and how to serve our clientele. We strive to create
an environment where creativity flourishes in both the workplace and the marketplace. We teach, live by and search for the
highest professional and ethical principles. We offer economic improvement for both our members and the minority community
we serve. By becoming a member of SAAREB, you will remain abreast of all the latest developments effecting real estate through
our website, publications, meetings, workshops and our other communication channels.
General Information

Although
the word Brokers is a part of our chapter's name, the organization consists of members who are real estate sales agents, Title
Companies, Mortgage Companies, Insurance Companies, Appraisers, Banks, developers and house inspectors. As stated in our mission
statement, we are dedicated to bringing together the nation's minority professionals in the real estate industry to promote
the meaningful exchange of ideas about our business and how to best serve our clientele.

2010 Housing Fair "Succesfully Completed" Our first Housing Fair was held on Saturday March 6th ,
at the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, Sports Complex, located at 1001 North Walters Street, San Antonio, TX 78202.
